It is possible to understand, identify and regulate emotions so that the "intenor condition" of the individual is conducive and allows them to be the best version of themselves in both good and challenging times. We all want to have mutually enriching and satisfying relationships. When we struggle with a relationship, we believe that the fault lies with the other. To strengthen and enrich our relationships, we must turn the spotlight on ourselves our choices, words and actions. By shifting our perceptions, choices and behaviours, we can influence how others show up, thereby transforming our relationships.

"When I was recommended by my colleagues to join the workshop on well-being, I was in two minds. Should I or should I not? I was really happy that I did join. The entire program was very well-curated and designed. The various aspects like situational role play analysis, the group activities, and the self and organizational evaluations, etc., helped me understand what makes well-being important for both the self and for organizations. I would definitely recommend every person to attend this program for self and organizational well-being, so that we genuinely spread well-being around us." "For me, the course provided a safe introspective space through insightful techniques. Well researched course material and exceptional facilitators are some things that stood out during the training Some key takeaways for me were the techniques to improve wellness based on my own past experiences and looking within using the rubrics shared. Some things that stood out about the Vindus facilitators were their sensitivity to individual privacy and recommendations without prescriptions. I would recommend this program to leaders because their individual wellness is often ignored."
